About Scarlett Fever Scooter Club

Scarlett Fever Scooter Club was founded in winter 2004. With a thriving local community of female scooterists, the club initally boasted a dozen members. Today, its membership has grown to represent a broad spectrum of Atlanta's scootering women.

What makes a Scarlett Fever member?
+ Some of us are in our 20s, some are in their 40s.
+ We work in design, retail, IT, marketing, consulting, and more.
+ We cook, knit, dance, paint, play in bands and make performance art.
+ Some wrench bikes themselves, others leave it to the professionals.
+ We're single and married, straight and gay, growing familes and childess by choice.
+ We love scooters: the culture, the rides, the beautiful machines.

What does Scarlett Fever Scooter Club do?
Atlanta's first all-girls scooter club has participated in rallies all over the United States, including each of the annual All Girls Scooter Rallies. We play a key role in the success of Deliverance Scooter Rally, presented in Atlanta each year by the Imperial Scooter Club. We also try our best to work regular meetings into our busy schedules. These are often evenings on the town, group rides or a cozy gathering at a member's home.
